We have a quick and an easy Return & Exchange policy. However, you need to keep in mind the following before making a request for an exchange or a return:
• No refund after purchase.
• Items purchased on sale cannot be returned or exchanged.
• The claim process may take up to 3 weeks to be verified.
• Company decision on all claims will be considered final.
• Any product defect can be claimed on presentation of the original receipt.
• Purchased items can be exchanged within 15 days of purchase with the presentation of the original receipt.
• Items that have their labels removed, or have been used or washed are not eligible for return or exchange.
• Please read carefully and strictly follow the product care instructions printed on care labels located on the inside of each product.
• In case of any issues you can contact us by visiting our retail outlets or through social media or our website.
You may cancel your order only before the order is processed. Once the order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation call, an email or an SMS containing tracking information thus your order cannot be cancelled then. The 'Return and Exchange Policy' will be applied once a product is shipped. Charlos may cancel orders for any valid reason. Common reasons may include, the item is out of stock or pricing errors.
